I struggled to get interviews for PM roles in my last job hunt so the intent here is to legitimatize myself in the eyes of bigger tech companies, and the standout metric that sold me here was '75% of graduates get PM jobs within 6-12 months'.
So if it can get me a PM job, it pays for itself, and if not, it familiarized me with how BigTech does PM work. I'd say it makes sense if you put in your personal legwork to make the most of the resources. If you sit in class listening to lecture, you can probably get the same info elsewhere for cheaper.
